Finances can only be set up by Owners
Finances consist of three tabs:
General settings
Payment methods
Seller details
We’ll go through them one-by-one.
Here, you can set up the default settings that can be changed anytime for each individual client, so choose what you consider the most common options to save time later on.
Currency: choose which currency should show up by default. Available currencies are listed here.
Tax support: choose whether you want to include percentage-based tax by default for every Service. By enabling it, a new field will pop up where you can enter the tax value.
Payment deadline: set the number of days in which your clients have to pay for Quotes. If you leave this field blank, the payment date will be the same as the issue date of the Quote.

Default method of payment (single select): choose how your clients will pay for your Services. They can do so through Stripe, bank transfer, or not at all.
Send payment request (single select): you can choose to automatically send payment requests after order submission, or to send them manually.
Issues invoice (single select): you can choose whether you want:
— to never send an invoice,
— the invoice to be issued automatically right after payment,
— the invoice to be issued manually whenever you want,
— to send your own PDF invoice whenever you want.

Documents logo: upload a logo that will be visible on your Invoices. Allowed formats are JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, and WEBP. The image’s height can’t be bigger than 200px.
Documents numbering: set the numbering scheme of your Quotes and Invoices. Available formats are: ##/MM/YYYY, ##/MM/YYYY, ##/YYY.

Invoices: here, you can customize the numbering scheme of your Invoices. You can choose to include a Prefix and Suffix as well as a Footer note, which will appear at the bottom of your Invoices. On the right, you can see the preview of your final numbering.

Here, you can configure payment methods to make it possible for clients to pay you. There are two payment methods available: Stripe and Bank Transfer.
Integrating Stripe. To do that, simply click on the toggle button on the far right to change it from “disconnected” to “connected”. Then, you’ll be asked to enter a Publishable key and Secret key.
To find the keys, you need to log in to your Stripe account and go to the Developers section in the dashboard. Then, go to the API keys section and find Standard Keys. There, you’ll find the Publishable and Secret key. To make them visible, click on the “Reveal test key” button and copy them to Zendo.

Enabling Bank Transfer. To do that, enter the necessary information your name and address, Account number, IBAN, or SWIFT.

Here, you can provide all the information needed to issue Quotes & Invoices as well as receive payments. First Name, Last Name, Country, and Zip code are obligatory while
Street Address 1, Street Address 2, City State, and Tax ID are optional.

Workflow can be set up by Managers, Admins, and Owners
Workflow is necessary to create a structured process that can be followed each time, helping you save time by introducing automation. You can create as many workflows as you wish in order to suit different types of requests. To learn how to set up your Workflow in depth, read this article.
Services can be set up by Agents, Managers, Admins, and Owners
Services are your offers that can be either Productized, Custom, or Free. A singular Service can include many Items that can work as Addons. You can create an infinite number of Services and choose which ones are available to your clients on the Order Page. To learn how to set up your Services in depth, read this article.
Forms can be set up by Admins and Owners
Forms let you customize how your Services are presented on the Order Page, from uploading images to including descriptions and Custom Fields. You can also disable the Form to make it invisible to clients. To learn more about Forms, read this article.
Order Page can be set up by Admins and Owners
Order Page is a place where you can list your available services and where your clients can submit their orders. To learn how to set up your Order Page in depth, read this article.
Invitations can be sent by Admins and Owners
Zendo has been created with teams in mind and therefore, is best suited for teamwork. So don’t forget to invite the people you want to work with. To learn how to do that, read this article.
There are five different Roles & Permissions that can be assigned to team members: Watcher, Agent, Manager, Admin, and Owner. To learn more about Roles & Permissions, read this article.
