Roles That Can Manage Messages: Everyone
Chat instantly with clients, set up group conversations, and broadcast messages - all without any extra setup.
To access messages:
Select the “Messages” tab on your left sidebar.

On the new page you will find conversations for each of your client, created automatically when they create an account. Pick one to start chatting with the client.
Note: Currently you can’t close or delete chat, it’s removed when you delete the Client Account.
You can add your team members to the chat with the client. To do so:
Open the sidebar on the right side of the screen.
Select Add participants.

In the popup that opens, select the team members you want to add to the conversation.

You can remove team members from the chat, by clicking on three dots and selecting Remove from chat.

NOTE: For team members with agent role, you can change permissions from "Write" to "Read only". Team members with watchers role will only have "Read" permission. To change permission click on the three dots on the right side, and select the option.
You can send messages and attachments to multiple clients and organisations at once. To do that:
Click on the announcement icon, near the page header.

Select if the message is for all clients on your list, or to selected ones. If it’s to selected clients, then pick them from the list.

Click on the send announcement button.
NOTE: You can choose to hilght the announcement message. It will appear in the chat like this:


Client has only one chat available. If the client has an organisation account, then all of his team members will be able to participate in the chat.

Adding participants to the chat.
You can add your team members to the chat with the client. To do so:

Select Add participants.
