A domain is a branded name that is used to identify a website. So instead of having to type in the IP address in the search bar to reach the website you’re looking for, you’re typing the domain name, e.g. getzendo.io or forbes.com.

The domain name (or the URL we see) makes it easier to memorize the website we want to visit, instead of having to remember random strings of numbers.

What Does The Custom Domain Feature Do In Zendo?

The Custom Domain feature in Zendo allows you to connect your own domain to your Zendo workspace so that you can white label the URL of your client portal.

Basically getting rid of the getzendo.io suffix in the URL of your client portal, turning it, for example, from clients.getzendo.io to _clients.domain-name

Client Profile

In the Client Profile, you can view all the information pertaining to the client, such as Invoice Details, submitted Requests, Subscriptions, documents, and notes left by your team members.

To access the Client Profile:

Select the Clients tab from the left sidebar,
On the new page, select the client to access their Client Profile from the list.

| An alternative way to reach your client's client profile is directly through one of their submitted Requests. Simply select the name of the client or their avatar in the Request details sidebar.

The profile itself is divided into six sections:

Requests — where you can see all the Requests that involve this specific client (note that Watchers and Agents only see the Requests they're assigned to; Managers and up see all Requests),
Subscriptions — where you can see all the subscriptions purchased by that client, along with their state, price, starting date, date of next payment, the date the subscription is ending on, as well as the request limits used by that client (if there are any included in the subscription),
Quotes — where you can check on the quotes issued for that client, check on the essential details of the

How To Connect Stripe?

To connect Stripe account to Zendo:

Select the Workspace tab from the left sidebar,
Select Finances from the drop-down menu,
On the new page, switch to the Payment methods tab,
There, select the "Connect" button,

Now, you’ll be taken to Stripe to either create an account or sign in to your existing one,
Follow the steps as guided by Stripe and provide all the necessary information,
Now, Stripe should immediately connect with Zendo.

|| You can cancel the connecting process using the Cancel button that’s available to use only during the connecting process.

Stripe Successfully Connected

If your Stripe account has been successfully connected, the Connect button will now change to Connected.

In all subscription plans, you can:

add your own logo & favicon,
customize the email footer,
customize the login and signup pages,
personalize the accent color, choosing from 11 color options,
connect your own Help Center link,
connect your own Terms of Service link.

In the Pro & Max plans, you additionally can:

remove the “Powered by Zendo” badge,
connect a custom domain,
connect a custom email domain,
customize the chatbot,
add a custom accent color.

How To White Label My Zendo Workspace?

To white label your Zendo workspace:

select Client portal from the left-hand side panel,
choose White Label from the drop-down menu,
then, go through the white label settings in 3 tabs: General, Sign up & login, and Email.
