The Role That Can Access And Manage Workspace Notifications: Owner

The Owner of each workspace can set up global notifications for an entire workspace.

The personal settings can be changed in the account settings of each team member and customer.


To access and configure notifications, go to Settings > General > Notifications.

To find Settings, navigate to the left-hand side panel of your workspace and select the Workspace tab, and choose the General tab from the drop-down menu. On the new page, switch to the Navigations tab.

You can manage In-app, Web browser, and Email notifications.
