The Role That Can Access And Manage Workspace Notifications: Owner

The Owner of each workspace can set up global notifications for an entire workspace.

The personal settings can be changed in the account settings of each team member and customer.


To access and configure notifications, go to Settings > General > Notifications.

To find Settings, navigate to the left-hand side panel of your workspace and click on the cog icon.

You can manage In-app, Web browser, and Email notifications.
