How To Change The Invite Only Settings?

First, head to Settings by hitting the cog icon on the left-hand side panel of your workspace.

Next, choose General and stay in the Essentials tab.

Then scroll down to find Request submission permissions.

The Request submission on the right is the setting you’re looking for to set the Invite Only option. Click the drop-down arrow to reveal all the settings from the drop-down list.

Choose Only invited users can submit a Request.

Save your changes, and from that point on, only customers you invite to Zendo will be able to submit new Requests.

Invited vs Registered Customers

Invited customers are those customers you specifically invite to join your Zendo workspace and who accept that invitation.

Registered customers are those customers that create an account in your Zendo workspace either through the Service Catalog or via the login page.

You can also set your workspace in such a way to allow only registered customers to submit new Requests. Simply choose Only registered users can submit a Request in the Request submission permissions settings in the Essentials tab of General settings.

How To Invite Customers To Zendo?

To invite your customers to Zendo, find the people icon on the left-hand side panel and click on it.

Next, click on the Invite button located at the top of the Clients tab.

Then, type in or paste in your customers’ email addresses and click the Send invite button.

You can type in or paste in multiple email addresses at once.

Your clients will receive the invitation to your Zendo workspace on their email inbox.
