Plans & Billing
In this section, you'll learn the important information about the Plans & Billing section.
Plans & Billing can be found under Settings → Plans & Billing. This section is only visible to Owners and it’s divided into two sections: Plans and Billing.
In the Plans section, you can see your current plan and upgrade/downgrade it as you wish, whenever you want.
In the Billing section, you can view the information that was entered by you when buying the subscription.
If you’re on the Free plan, the Billing section won’t be visible to you
Here, you can do the following actions:
Buy Subscription (if you’re on the Starter plan) — under the description of your plan, you should see a “Buy subscription” button. By clicking on it, you’ll be taken to another page where you can choose between the Growth and the Enterprise plans.
First, choose whether you want to be billed monthly or annually by clicking on the buttons at the top of the page.
Next, navigate to your chosen plan and click on the “Buy plan” button (in the case of the Growth plan) or the “Contact us” button (in the case of the Enterprise plan).
On the right panel, you’ll see the summary of your plan, including billing frequency, the number of seats, and payment date. Read it to make sure you agree with the terms.
Below, you’ll see the Invoice Details form. Fill it out by providing your name, address, and Tax ID.
After that, choose the payment method.
Change plan (if you’re on the Growth plan and up) — under the description of your plan, you should see a “Buy subscription” button. By clicking on it, you’ll be taken to another page where you can choose between the Growth and the Enterprise plans. Once you do so, click on the “Select plan” button. On the right side, you’ll see the summary of the plan, along with the Invoice Details form to be filled out by you, the Payment method, and the “Purchase” button. Once you’ve made sure that everything is right, click on it to finalize the payment.

Here, you can do the following:
Manage billing details — enter, edit, or delete your name, address, and tax ID.
Payment method — configure Stripe to be able to pay for your Zendo subscription. To do that, click on the "Add new card" button, fill out the information, and save the changes.
