Changing The Plan



Upgrading From Essential



To upgrade to a paid plan from the free Essential plan:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,



select the "Upgrade plan" button,
choose the plan you want to purchase and select the billing period you're interested in, either annual or monthly,



select the "Purchase plan" button under the plan you want to subscribe to,

You'll be taken directly to Stripe's checkout to complete the purchasing process.

fill out any required information,
complete the process by selecting the "Pay and subscribe" button in Stripe.



Starting A Free Trial



If you haven't yet, you can also start a 14-day free trial of any of the paid plans: Pro & Max.

To do that:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,



select the "Start Free Trial" button,
in the popup window, select the final "Start Free Trial" button under the paid plan you want to take for a test drive.

Downgrading Or Upgrading A Paid Plan


To downgrade or upgrade your Pro or Max plan:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,



select the "Manage subscription" text link,
select the plan you want to upgrade/downgrade to,



select the "Continue" button,
select the "Subscribe and pay" button to confirm your choice.



Canceling A Subscription


To cancel your subscription to a paid plan:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,



select the "Manage plan" button,



select the "Cancel plan" button,
on the confirmation page, select the final "Cancel plan" button to confirm your choice.

To delete your account completely, reach out to us directly on contact@getzendo.io, select the "Chat with us" option under Support on the left-hand side panel of your workspace, or select the chat icon on our help center.

Renewing A Subscription


To renew your subscription to a paid plan:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,
select the "Manage plan" button,



select the "Renew plan" button,
on the confirmation page, select the final "Renew plan" button to confirm your choice.

Managing Subscription



Adding Seats


To add or remove seats from your Pro plan:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,



select the "Add seats" text link,



select the minus button to remove seats from your Pro plan subscription or select the plus button to add seats to your Pro plan subscription,
select the "Continue" button,
on the confirmation page, select the "Subscribe and pay" button.

Changing the number of seats is only possible for the Pro plan users.

The free Essential plan includes 1 seat and doesn't allow adding more, while the Max plan comes with unlimited seats.

Changing The Billing Period


To change the billing period:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,



select the "Change billing period" text link,
under the "Update your plan" heading, select the preferred billing period, either monthly or yearly,



select the "Continue" button,
on the confirmation page, select the "Subscribe and pay" button.

Checking The Information


To check the essential information about your current subscription to Zendo, added payment methods, billing information, or check the invoice history:

select Workspace from the left-hand side panel and choose Billing & Usage from the drop-down menu,
select the "Manage plan" button,
on the new page, check or update any essential information,



there, you can:

*check the details about your current subscription*, including the number of seats, the date of next payment, or selected payment method,
add and delete payment methods under the "Payment Methods" section: select the "+ Add payment method" text link, add your payment method, and confirm by selecting the "Add" button,
update your billing information under the "Billing Information" section: select the "Update information" text link and update your details, name, address, or Tax ID, and confirm by selecting the "Save" button,
check the invoice history under the "Invoice History" section.
