How To Connect Zapier?



Select the Workspace tab from the left sidebar,
Select General from the drop-down menu,
On the new page, switch to the Integrations tab,
Select the "Continue to Zapier" button,



On the new page, either log in to your Zapier account or create an account,



Now, you can create automated workflows for Zendo.

Example Automations



In this section, you'll learn how to make simple automations in Zapier. To start:

Go to Zapier's dashboard and select the "Create" button,
From the drop-down menu, select "Zaps",



Now, you'll be taken to the editor, where you'll be able to create your automations.

New Message Slack Notification



Here's how you can create an automation that will send notifications of all new messages on Zendo to Slack.

Select the first trigger,



In the pop-up window, type "Zendo" in its searchbox and select "Zendo (1.0.0)" from the results,



In the sidebar, select the searchbox under "Event" and select "On New Message" from the drop-down menu,



Next, switch to the "Test" tab and select the "Continue" button,



Next, select the "Action" step,



In the pop-up window, type "Slack" in its searchbox and select "Slack" from the results,



In the sidebar, select the searchbox under "Events" and select "Send Channel Message" from the drop-down menu,



Switch to the "Action" tab. Select the "Channel" field to choose which channel should get the message; then, enter the text of the message in the "Message Text" field,



Switch to the "Test" tab and select the "Skip test" button,



Now, select the "Publish" button in the top right corner. Your automation is live!



New Client Created From A Typeform Entry



Here's how you can create an automation that will create a new client in Zendo based on a Typeform entry.

Select the first trigger,



In the pop-up window, type "Typeform" in its searchbox and select "Typeform" from the results,



In the sidebar, select the searchbox under "Event" and select "New Entry" from the drop-down menu,



Switch to the "Trigger" tab and select the "Form" field to find the form you want to connect; either scroll through results or type in the name of the form,



Switch to the "Test" tab and select the "Test your trigger" button,



Select "Continue with selected record" button,



Next, select the "Action" step,



In the pop-up window, type "Zendo" in its searchbox and select "Zendo (1.0.0)" from the results,



In the sidebar, select the searchbox under "Events" and select "Create Client" from the drop-down menu,



Switch to the "Action" tab and select the corresponding fields of your Typeform form in the "First name", "Last name", and "Email" fields,



Select the "Send verification email" field and select "True",



Switch to the "Test" tab and select the "Skip test" button,



Now, select the "Publish" button in the top right corner. Your automation is live!

New Request Creates A Trello Card



Here's how you can create an automation that will create a new Trello card once a new request is submitted on Zendo.

Select the first trigger,



In the pop-up window, type "Zendo" in its searchbox and select "Zendo (1.0.0)" from the results,



In the sidebar, select the searchbox under "Events" and select "On New Request" from the drop-down menu,



Switch to the "Test" tab and select the "Test trigger" button,



Next, select the "Action" step,



In the pop-up window, type "Trello" in its searchbox and select "Trello" from the results,



In the sidebar, select the searchbox under "Events" and select "Create Card" from the drop-down menu,



Switch to the "Action" tab. Use the "Board" and "List" fields to select where the new card should be created,

Select the "Name" field to choose which value should be used for the Trello card's name,



Switch to the "Test" tab and select the "Skip test" button,



Now, select the "Publish" button in the top right corner. Your automation is live!
