# Notifications

#### Role That Can Access And Manage Workspace Notifications: Owner

| The Owner the workspace can set up global notifications for an entire workspace, setting default notification choices for both the team and clients.

Personal settings can be changed in the account settings of each team member and customer individually later on.

# How To Access Notifications?

To find Notifications:

1. select *Client Portal* on the left-hand side panel and choose *General* from the drop-down menu,
2. on the new page, switch to the *Notifications* tab.

There, you can manage **In-app**, **Web browser**, and **Email** notifications for different actions, like "New message" or "Subscription paused".

# How Can Team Members And Clients Change Their Notifications Settings?

There are two ways for clients and team members to reach their notifications settings.

* **Through the profile settings**:

1. click on your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar, than click **My Profile**
2. on the new page, switch the tab to *Notifications*.

* **Through notifications**:

1. select "Notifications" on the left-hand side panel,

2. in the notifications popup window, select the cog icon in the top right corner.
