Each request type receives a generated email address and each task sent to this email address will appear in your inbox.

As you can see on the image above, you can filter inboxes by status type or read/unread state.

On top of that, you can sort requests inside the inbox. We made sure you can easily find what you're looking for, that's why the dynamic search is always at your fingertips.

To change the inbox, click on the chevron icon next to the inbox name.

To access the inbox click on the list icon on the left side of the screen.
